In the event you are not satisfied with your item(s) should it be the size, color or style, you may return your order via mail for a full refund within 10 days from receipt of package. However, please note that clearance items are final sale and are solely eligible for a store credit for exchange purposes only.
How to make an exchange or return?
If you wish to cancel or return your order, you just have to email us that you wish to return your order with the order number and return your item to the address below:

IMPORTANT: Indicate "Return of Canadian Merchandise" on the package.
When will I get my refund?
Once the item has been received by Boutik STF we will then issue a full refund within 3-5 business days. Boutik STF will use the same payment method initially used for the purchase. Note that we will not be able to refund any additional charges that your bank may apply.
Boutik STF reserves the right to reject returns that are sent or communicated outside of the return period limit, or items which are not in the same condition in which they were received. This means the items should not have been damaged, soiled, washed, altered or worn (other than to try the item on) and that any labels or tags should be intact.
For any exchanges, please follow the same instructions as stated above, once we have received the item, we will promptly ship you the desired product.
Please note that customers are responsible for payment of any return shipment related fees. All returns must have a valid tracking number. Boutik STF is not responsible for lost or damaged return merchandise.
